I'm still trying to get an idea of the amount of time it will be taking me to complete orders. For the time being allow up to 1 week after an accepted order for it to be completed.I will be in contact if this timeline changes in anyway.I may also sometimes work on other orders or smaller projects even when there are orders in the queue. Refunds will not be issued if I am more than halfway done with an order or in the event that a lack of communication resulted in a product you did not like.I will, however, be glad to work with you to ensure the end result is to your liking.You may request a refund if I have not yet started on the piece.
